「星情」是一款星象记录工具，提供以下功能：
年度星轨——11 颗天体的年度位置轨迹与玫瑰图；当前周期——行星周期定位；日记记录——情绪、领域、变化、标签与图片的记录与日历管理；事件历程——记录的时间轴与行星关联展示；离线星历——内置 1971–2060 年星历数据，可下载 1850–2150 年扩展数据离线使用；多语言——支持 16 种界面语言。
本应用提供的所有星象内容仅供文化参考与个人探索，不构成医疗、心理、法律、财务或任何专业建议。您对基于本应用内容所做的任何决定自行承担责任。
本应用不设账户体系，无需注册或登录。您的全部数据仅存储于设备本地，若您启用 iCloud 备份，则同步至您本人的 iCloud 账户，由您自行管理。
4.1 本应用为一次性付费下载（App Store 定价），一次购买，永久使用，无订阅、无自动续费、无应用内购买。
4.2 所有付款通过 Apple App Store 处理，开发者不接触任何支付信息。
4.3 退款：退款事宜请通过 Apple 办理：reportaproblem.apple.com。开发者不直接处理退款。
您同意不得：尝试反编译、破解本应用或未经授权访问其系统；以自动化方式批量访问本应用或星历下载服务；将本应用用于任何违法目的。
本应用的代码、设计、文字、图标等内容归开发者所有，受知识产权法律保护。本条款授予您有限的个人使用许可，不可转让，不可用于商业目的。
本应用按「现状」提供，开发者不对服务中断或星象内容的准确性作出保证。您的记录数据保存在设备本地（若启用 iCloud 备份则同步至您本人的 iCloud 账户）。
在适用法律允许的范围内，开发者对因使用本应用产生的间接损失不承担责任。开发者对您的最高赔偿责任不超过您为购买本应用支付的金额。
如开发者决定停止运营本应用，将提前 30 天通知。停止运营不影响您已购应用的本地使用。
本条款受新加坡法律管辖。因本条款产生的争议，双方应首先尝试协商解决；协商不成，提交新加坡国际仲裁中心（SIAC）仲裁。仲裁裁决为终局裁决，对双方均有约束力。
重大变更将提前 30 天在本页面公告。继续使用本应用即视为接受。
本条款以简体中文和繁体中文为准。其他语言译本仅供阅读参考，如有歧义，以中文版本为准。

By downloading or using Xingqing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Xingqing is an astrology journaling tool providing: Yearly Orbits — position trajectories and rose charts for 11 celestial bodies; Current Cycles — planetary cycle positioning; Journal — mood, domain, change, tag, and photo recording with calendar management; Timeline — a timeline of entries with planetary associations; Offline Ephemeris — bundled data for 1971–2060, with downloadable extended data for 1850–2150; Localization — 16 interface languages.
All astrological content provided by the App is for cultural reference and personal exploration only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on content within the App.
The App has no account system. No registration or login is required. All of your data is stored locally on your device; if you enable iCloud backup, it is synced to your own iCloud account and managed by you.
4.1 The App is a one-time paid download (priced by the App Store). One purchase grants permanent use. There are no subscriptions, auto-renewals, or in-app purchases.
4.2 All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. The Developer never accesses your payment information.
4.3 Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Developer does not process refunds directly.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access to the App’s systems; access the App or the ephemeris download service through automated means; use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App’s code, design, text, and icons are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the App for non-commercial purposes only.
The App is provided “as is.” The Developer makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service or the accuracy of astrological content. Your journal data is stored locally on your device (and, if iCloud backup is enabled, synced to your own iCloud account).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App. The Developer’s total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to purchase the App.
If the Developer decides to discontinue the App, 30 days’ notice will be provided. Discontinuation does not affect your local use of the purchased App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they will be submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Material changes will be announced on this page at least 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese versions. Translations into other languages are for reference only. In case of any discrepancy, the Chinese version shall prevail.
